Rol

Diseñadora UX/UI

The project explores the design of a self-service ordering kiosk that allows customers to browse the menu, customize drinks, pay digitally or with cash, and pick up their order at the counter.

The goal of the project is to design an intuitive ordering experience that reduces waiting time and improves service efficiency.

Objective

The objective of this project was to design a clear, efficient, and user-friendly kiosk interface that allows customers to place their orders independently. The interface was designed for large touchscreen kiosks inside the café.

The design focuses on:

- Reducing waiting lines at the counter.
- Improving ordering speed.
- Simplifying product customization.
- Creating an accessible interface for users.
- Supporting multiple payment methods.

Problem
Many coffee shops experience long queues during peak hours, especially when customers take time to decide their order or customize drinks.

Solution

The proposed solution is a self-service ordering kiosk system that allows customers to place and pay for their orders independently.

This system helps reduce congestion at the counter while allowing staff to focus on preparing drinks and food.
